EXAIR's Air Jets utilize the Coanda effect (wall attachment of a high velocity fluid) to pull in large volumes of surrounding "free air". This produces a high velocity, high thrust stream of air that is ideal for part ejection, chip removal, and part drying. Both the outlet and inlet can be ducted for remote positioning. If the end is blocked, flow simply reverses at well below OSHA dead ended pressure requirements.
For a more "fine-tuned" thrust of air, an Adjustable Air Jet is also available. Airflow and thrust are easily adjusted using the micrometer gap indicator.
